The holidays/peak boarding times are a busy at the Dog Ranch! We recommend scheduling any holiday/peak boarding reservations with us no less than four weeks prior to your requested holiday/peak boarding dates of stay. If we do not have an opening don’t fret – we do keep a waiting list. We do require that all dogs that come for holiday/peak boarding attend daycare no less than a week prior to boarding. Some dogs may require more daycare to acclimate before holiday boarding can be approved. Your dog will let us know what they need!
Request an AppointmentA to Z Dog Ranch requires prepayment at the time of scheduling for half of the total cost of the holiday/peak boarding reservation. The prepayment is applied towards the dates of stay and is forfeited in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance due for the reservation will be charged at the time of pickup. All prepayments/deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
During peak boarding times (holidays, school vacations, etc.) we are unable to offer refunds for early pickups. Additionally, clients are responsible for payment for the full length of the reserved stay once a prepayment/deposit has been received. The dates of stay may not be modified before or during the stay once prepayment/deposit has been received. Alterations to a peak/holiday boarding reservation are subject to a modification fee of no less than $55 per dog per modification. Any holiday/peak boarding reservations that are cancelled or modified within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date are subject to no less than a $65 cancellation/modification fee per dog.
